The scope of the project:
Decommission existing MCC and install new MCC, installation of new inlet screen, pumps, scraper bridge, filter bed rotation monitoring system, flowmeters, ultrasonic level controllers, actuated valves, mains distribution, building services. The operation of the site was maintained during the project duration. Disciplines: Supply and installation of all containment (cable tray, ladder rack, trunking etc.). Supply and installation of all cabling (MCC cabling, pump cabling, instrument cabling, control cabling). Supply and installation of earthing. Testing in accordance with BS7671. Confined space working. Commissioning. |

Installation of MCC, instrumentation (flow meters, pressure switches, pressure transmitters, vibration sensors), actuated valves, mains distribution, building services. Disciplines: Supply and installation of all containment (cable tray, ladder rack, trunking etc.). Supply and installation of all cabling (MCC cabling, pump cabling, instrument cabling, control cabling, standby generator cabling). Supply and installation of earthing and lightning protection. Testing in accordance with BS7671. Confined space working. Commissioning. |
